Studio Training

I'm about to take you through a studio that involves algorithms and Ai and Robotics but I first want to share with you where I got my formal training.  Billy Childish is among the most classic/ reactive artists in the Contemporary Art world today.  He doesn't believe in the use of any technology, and with him I learned classical drawing painting and material study.  While the practice I learned while apprenticing in his studio for 5 years may resemble very little of my current practice on the surface we will also explore the ways in which traditional painting has influenced my practice.
