I’m thrilled to share that I was recently featured on Episode 497 of SOUND & VISION, a podcast hosted by Brian Alfred, where we dive into the creative process with artists and musicians.
In this episode, we explore my artistic journey—from studying Information Systems at Boston College to working at Intuit and Google, and eventually pursuing art full-time, apprenticing under Billy Childish. I also share insights from my experiences exhibiting at galleries and fairs around the world, including (London), Heft Gallery (NYC), Galloire (Berlin), Gray Area (San Francisco), Hope 93 (London), and many others.
We discuss my participation in major art fairs such as Expo Chicago 2025, Untitled Miami 2024, Paris Photo (21C Award, solo presentation), and Vienna Contemporary 2022 (solo presentation), as well as my lectures at Tate Modern, Luma Foundation (Zurich), Mia Foundation (Dubai), and University of Chicago.
Brian Alfred, an internationally acclaimed artist and curator, brings his experience and perspective to the conversation. His work is held in prestigious collections including the Guggenheim Museum and the Whitney Museum, and he is represented by Miles McEnery Gallery, Maho Kubota Gallery, and Studio La Citta.
